By accessing and using the Vic Tech website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Vic Tech provides phone repair and solar installation services. All repairs are subject to a diagnostic assessment before work commences. We reserve the right to decline repairs where parts are unavailable or where the repair is not technically feasible.
All prices quoted are indicative unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing is provided after device diagnostic. Prices may vary based on parts availability and the extent of damage. Quoted prices are valid for 7 days.
Repairs carry a warranty period as specified at the time of service (typically 90 days to 1 year depending on the repair type). Warranty covers the specific fault repaired and does not cover new damage, water damage, or physical damage occurring after the repair.
Customers are responsible for backing up data before submitting devices for repair. Vic Tech takes all reasonable precautions to protect customer data but cannot be held liable for data loss. Customers must collect devices within 30 days of repair completion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vic Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
